How soon in advance should I place my pickup order?	It depends on the size of your order. Your order can be ready in as little as 15 minutes if it is for one or two items. If you order more than that, it may take a bit longer because everything is made fresh to order. When you checkout you will be asked to choose a pickup time and we will have it ready as soon as possible.
What are your hours?	We are open Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. The earliest pickup time for your online order is 7:00am, latest is 4:00pm.
Where are you located?	Our address is 208 Sparks Street at Bank. Click the map link above for directions.
Can you deliver to my office?	We deliver within these street boundaries: Wellington St. to north, Nepean St. to the south, Elgin St. to the east, and Bay St. to the west.
Do you do special requests?	Yes. There is a special requests field on all our menu items online so that you can tag any item with a special request when you add it to your cart. If you have a request that cannot be entered this way please give us a call at 613.216.2845 and we'll make sure these requests are taken care of.
